 The bastards are finally realizing there is no more high oil prices.  After sharing the crude oil proceeds for a long time, now reality bites.  Expect a big time tall out among these thieves in Abuja. We could careless if you placed anything dire than your stupid austerity measures. What have you done for the masses for years? The poor are already leaving in situation worse than austerity.
