Where is Minister of Police Affairs - Adesiyan

With the current statement coming from Asari Dokubo for calls to his Ijaw ex-militants counterparts to arm themselves for possible civil war if his kinsman Ebele Johnathan does not win the coming election, one would assume the Minster who promised firestorm on anyone making threat or making such statement as Dokubo is will act promptly and arrest this man. Nothing is coming out of this man (Adesiyan), who stands for nothing. No integrity nothing.  Who rules Nigeria we ask?  And what has the President got to say, does he pretends to be dumb now, or should we tag being dumb along with clueless for him?
